Meet Abid Malik
President, Context Aware Strategies
Context Aware Strategies is led by Abid Malik, a senior public affairs and policy advisor with more than 20 years of experience across government, professional associations, and the private sector.
Abid has served as Director of Policy to two Ministers of Health and as Director of Government Relations at the Ontario Medical Association, guiding multi-year advocacy strategies that influenced major health-system investments. He has also advised organizations on digital health, procurement, and regulatory strategy while working at Santis Health, Sussex Strategy Group, and eHealth Ontario.
He brings cross-sector perspective — enabling clients to anticipate policy shifts and align innovation with public-sector priorities.
